This grilled chicken recipe is easy, delicious and keto-approved. I love this recipe because it is made with only 2 ingredients. As much as I love a gourmet meal, I’m still a very busy mom! It’s all about the simplicity for me, and this recipe fits the bill perfectly.
I usually make this grilled chicken recipe on Sunday when I am meal-prepping for the week. You can see how I incorporate this recipe into my meal plans here.

Keto-Approved Grilled Chicken Recipe:
- Chicken breasts, wings or thighs (skin on or off)
- Jack Stack Meat & Poultry Rub
Macros for 3 oz grilled chicken breast: 128 cal; 24 g protein; 3 g fat; 0 carbs
Macros for 4 oz grilled chicken breast: 171 cal; 32 g protein; 4 g fat; 0 carbs
Step 1) Rinse chicken and lay it out on a lined baking sheet. This is what I use. Let chicken reach room temperature. As you can see, I use quite a bit of the poultry rub. I love my chicken with lots of flavor!
Step 2) Preheat grill to 350-400 degrees, depending on your grill.
Step 3) Place chicken on grill. Set timer for 15 minutes. Turn chicken over. Set timer for an additional 15 minutes.
Step 4) Remove from grill. Using a meat thermometer, check temperature to make sure its thoroughly cooked.
Step 5) Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
I love to pair this grilled chicken with my easy green bean recipe.
