Making something old, new again is my greatest passion. I enjoy taking old, tired items and giving them a makeover to make them useful again. If I can repurpose it, I will take it! I can’t wait to share with you this tutorial to repurpose an old chandelier by turning it into a bright and useful bird feeder. Grab two old chandeliers and also make a solar chandelier for outdoor lighting to brighten your outdoor decor!
I shared this project on KCLive a year ago and I am still in love with my bird feeder. As I’m sure you can tell I’ve made several over the years. My dear hubby, AKA My Lawnboy is a bird lover so several of these bird feeders are scattered around on our property. The pops of color they give to our yard makes me smile.

I hope you will think about grabbing that old brass chandelier you see on your next visit to your local ReStore, thrift shop or garage sale. Thinking of these chandelier bird feeders brightening up your neighborhood and feeding all the little birds instead of being in a landfill somewhere makes my heart happy.
