If you have looked up keto foods on Pinterest, you have more than likely ran across several bulletproof coffee recipes. Some contain butter, some contain butter and coconut oil. I have tried almost every concoction possible and today I am sharing my all-time favorite bulletproof coffee recipe. It seriously tastes like a mocha latte…yummy!
Bulletproof coffee is a great way to get good fats first thing in the morning. My personal experience is improved energy, better focus and decreased appetite. I use this as a meal replacement for breakfast during the work week and it keeps me satisfied long after the lunch hour.
Here are the ingredients for my bulletproof coffee recipe:

The key to measuring this recipe super easy is by using a digital food scale. Simply put your coffee mug or blender cup on the scale and zero it out. Make sure it’s in grams because the liquid is measured in ml. ml=grams
Add 30 grams of Heavy Whipping Cream. Zero the scale again.
add 15 grams of MCT Oil. Add the rest of the ingredients then blend.
This recipe contains the following macros: 325 calories, 27 grams fat, 14 grams carbs, 11 grams fiber, 4 grams protein
*These macros are based on using the same exact ingredients used in my recipe.
I personally use my Ninja blender to mix all of the ingredients together and it makes it so frothy.
