Getting Started

All new clients originate with a phone conversation or email to discuss the scope of the project. Based on our initial findings, we can either schedule a complimentary in-home consultation or schedule an appointment for you to visit our showroom to discuss the vision and goals of the project and look at our wide variety of samples.

The next step is collecting the necessary information needed to calculate a bid. This is done by visiting your space if the project consists of walls and/or cabinetry or we can bid furniture and accessories from pictures sent via email. We bid all walls finishes by the square foot and all cabinetry and furniture finishes by the number of pieces (doors/drawers) in the project.

Once the bid is approved and the deposit* has been received, we will schedule a date on the calendar and begin working on your samples. Once the samples are approved, we get to work!

*We require a deposit of 1/3 of total

 

 

 

Furniture

Bring your outdated furniture pieces into our shop for a face lift. Here is the process:
Call for an appointment and/or to discuss your project
Email pics for online pricing
Select a finish from our showroom samples
Drop off your furniture pieces with your deposit*
Anxiously await your email saying your piece is ready for pick-up (usually within 2 weeks)

*A deposit of ½ is required on all custom furniture

All work detailed in the bid is performed by fully-insured members of the Rekindled Spaces team.
