Canon EOS Rebel T5i.  This is the camera I use for filming my youtube and brand-sponsored videos.  I would consider this a mid-range camera.  It does everything I need it to do.  You can add a wide variety of accessories to it if needed.

Camera Tripod Ballhead.  This attaches to your tripod to allow your camera to rotate 360 degrees.  This is perfect for producing those popular videos you see from overhead.

Tripod with extension arm.  This is the tripod I use for video and photos.  It is sturdy and includes a carrying case.

Let’s talk lighting.  In my opinion, this is one of the most important ingredients to professional-looking photos and videos.

Studio-in-a-Box for Table Top Photography.  This is a great addition if you sell online merchandise.  This will make your product images looks more professional.  This kit comes with 3 soft box lights and 4 backdrops.

Light Stands with soft box lights.  These light stands are portable so you can get light where you need it.

Multi-disc light reflectors.  A must in photography and video production.  Used to bounce, diffuse, or flag natural and artificial light.

Wireless Microphone System.  Sound is another critical element of professional video production.  This is the system I use.  It works with both DSLR and smartphone videos.

LCD Timer Shutter Release Remote Control.  This is perfect for time-lapse videos.  It plugs into your DSLR camera and controls how often, how long and how many shots are taken.

SDXC Flash Memory Card.  Large capacity.  Full HD and 4K Ultra HD (3) video recording, and quick file transfer.

Universal Cell Phone Tripod Adapter.  Don’t have a DSLR camera?  Use this adapter, a tripod and your cell phone for videos that are still and professional.

External Battery Backup Power Bank.  You never know when the mood will strike for a video.  Make sure your cell phone is always charged with this power bank.  I love this one because it’s thin, light and large-scale charging capacity.

External Hard Drive.  Videos take up a ton of space of your computer.  Once you are done editing your video, transfer it to your external hard drive.  I have one hard drive for photos and one for videos.

Here is another chance to look at all of the equipment suggested in the post:
